    What does Aegis Filtration sell?

    NSF-certified water filtration cartridges and service for commercial accounts. Pentair, 3M, Watts, Cuno, and OEM-equivalent. Same product the incumbents sell.

  2. ii.

    Who is this for?

    Multi-location operators with recurring filtration needs. Coffee chains, QSRs, dental DSOs, breweries, manufacturers, hospitals, hotels. If you run more than three locations, the math works.

  3. iii.

    What does it cost?

    Cartridge price plus a fixed handling fee. Quote-driven, not catalog-driven. Send us your equipment list and we'll send you a real number in under a minute.

  4. iv.

    How do you ship?

    24 hours from order, continental US. UPS or freight depending on volume. We don't drop-ship from the manufacturer. We hold inventory.

  5. v.

    What's the contract?

    Month-to-month is fine. Annual gets you better pricing. Founding partners get cost-plus locked for 18 months.

  6. vi.

    What about my existing supplier?

    Keep them. We'll quote against your current invoice and you decide. Most customers consolidate over 90 days, not 9 days.

    Are your cartridges NSF-certified?

    Yes. Every cartridge we sell is certified by the original manufacturer to NSF/ANSI 42, 53, 58, or 401, whichever applies. We don't sell off-brand, uncertified equivalents.

    Who founded Aegis Filtration?

    Chris Griffith. Eight years at Tesla, most recently running AI operations across a 200-person product organization. He answers his email.

    Tell me about the back office.

    Short version: most of the operational work runs on an internal system, not a phone tree or 1995 ERP. Long version: see /operating-system. Customer-facing, you'll never know it's there.

    How does the audit binder work?

    For dental, hospital, dialysis, and brewery accounts: every replenishment event generates a dated, signed PDF mapped to the affected equipment. Inspector-ready. State-specific where it matters.

    Do you serve verticals you don't list on the home page?

    Probably yes. Office buildings, schools, multi-family, gyms, if you have commercial filtration and recurring replacement, ask. We serve every vertical the catalog covers.

    What are your support hours?

    Email and the contact form: 24/7, with a real reply within minutes during US business hours and within four hours otherwise. Founder direct on escalations, any time.

  13. xiii.

    What's your return / RMA policy?

    Defective cartridge: send it back, we replace it, no charge. Wrong cartridge for your equipment (our miss): same. Wrong cartridge for your equipment (your spec change): swap at cost, no restocking fee.
