Dental / DSO

CDC waterline compliance, in a binder.

For DSO ops leads running 20 to 500 chairs across multiple states. The state inspector wants a binder, not a filtration system. We sell the binder. The cartridges come with it.

The diagnosis

Dental practices don’t fail waterline compliance because the filters are wrong. They fail because the binder is wrong, missing test results, undated cartridge changes, no chain of custody between the rep who installed the line and the assistant who replaced the straw.

A state inspector doesn’t want your filtration system. They want a printed log. We sell the same NSF/ANSI 53 and ANSI/AAMI ST72-grade cartridges every dental supply house sells. We just generate the binder automatically, per chair, per location, every time a cartridge ships or a test result comes in.

What ships in the binder

Three sections an inspector asks for, in the order they ask.

i.
Per-chair compliance binder

A printable PDF for each operatory, dated, signed, mapped to CDC and state-specific waterline guidance. Updated every replenishment.

ii.
Test-result intake

Email us your monthly heterotrophic plate counts. We file them, flag failures, and route the corrective action to your regional manager before the inspector calls.

iii.
Multi-state, multi-DSO scope

State waterline rules vary. We track the variance so your regional ops leads don't have to.

Next step

Download a sample binder.

The sample is a real 4-page PDF for a fictional 12-chair DSO across CA, NV, and AZ. Cover, HPC results, cartridge log, compliance summary, signed and dated. Yours pulls from your own chairs.
